We are a non-profit organization dedicated to uncovering the truth behind the unsolved death of Douglas Wagg, Jr. in July 1991, and other homicide victims whose cases have gone cold. Our goal is to fund and facilitate exhumation for advanced forensic and DNA testing which can provide crucial support for law enforcement in hopes of bringing justice and accountability to those responsible.
